Booking confirmation will be immediately sent after registration and invoice will be sent after payment. Payment is required in advance of the congress!
Cancellation of registration must be done in written notice. We are happy to accept a substitute attendee without additional cost. Participants who cancel registration by 30 October 2017, are entitled to a 50 % refund, i.e. after deduction of the processing charges. The full registration fee is due in the case of cancellations made after 30 October 2017 or in case of non-attendance.  Reimbursements will be made after the congress.


Insurance and Liability
In registering for the nanoFIS 2017 Conference you agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.


The organizers do not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the event.The organizers reserve the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice. The nanoFIS 2017 organizing committee cannot be held responsible for any changes in the program due to circumstances beyond their control as well as failures caused by bad weather conditions and natural disasters.
